1. Our services
The Royals provides digital marketing, social media management, advertising, branding, creative design, media production, website development, AI solutions, consulting, and other related services. We may introduce additional services in the future.
The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing, payment schedule, and responsibilities for each project will be determined through the applicable proposal, quotation, contract, or written agreement.
2. Quotations and project scope
A quotation or proposal may specify:
- Services
- Deliverables
- Project timeline
- Fees
- Payment schedule
- Revision arrangements
- Client responsibilities
- Third-party expenses
- Special terms or conditions
Any work outside the agreed scope may require additional charges or a revised agreement.
3. Payments
For projects valued below USD 5,000, The Royals generally requires an upfront payment or deposit before commencing work.
For projects above USD 5,000, payments may be divided into three or four installments depending on project size, complexity, timeline, and the agreed payment schedule.
Payments may be made through bank or wire transfer, PayPal, or another payment method approved by The Royals. Unless otherwise stated, quoted prices include applicable taxes.
Work may be paused if required payments are overdue or if necessary client communication is unavailable.
4. Trial and pay-after-service arrangements
At its discretion, The Royals may offer selected clients a special trial, satisfaction-based, or pay-after-service arrangement.
Where such an arrangement is expressly agreed in writing:
- The client may receive the agreed service before making payment.
- The applicable service period and deliverables will be defined in advance.
- A 100% refund or no-payment arrangement may be offered where expressly stated.
- This arrangement is not automatically available to every client, project, or service.
- Any special arrangement agreed with a client will take precedence over the standard payment terms for that specific project where the written agreement clearly states so.
5. Revisions
We aim to provide work that meets the client’s expectations.
Where revisions are included within the agreed project scope, we may provide revisions until the client is reasonably satisfied with the agreed deliverable.
Revisions that substantially change the original brief, add new functionality, introduce new services, or materially expand the project scope may be treated as additional work.
6. Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, materials, approvals, access credentials, feedback, content, branding assets, and other information reasonably required to complete a project.
The client is responsible for ensuring that materials supplied to The Royals do not unlawfully infringe the rights of another person or organization.
7. Client delays and communication
If a project is delayed because the client does not provide required information, content, approvals, access, or feedback, the project timeline may be extended accordingly.
We will generally attempt to contact an unresponsive client up to three times. If the client remains unresponsive and the project cannot reasonably continue, The Royals may terminate or cancel the project subject to the applicable refund and cancellation terms.
8. Advertising services
Advertising budgets may either be paid directly by the client to the relevant advertising platform or paid to The Royals for onward payment and management, depending on the agreed arrangement.
Advertising platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and others, independently control their advertising systems, review processes, policies, algorithms, accounts, and availability.
If an advertising account or campaign is rejected, restricted, disabled, or suspended, The Royals will make reasonable efforts to assist with review, recovery, appeal, or alternative solutions. However, we cannot control the decisions of third-party platforms.
9. Marketing results
Marketing performance can be affected by numerous factors, including market conditions, competition, advertising budget, product or service quality, pricing, sales processes, client responsiveness, website performance, customer experience, platform algorithms, and third-party policies.
Where The Royals expressly agrees in writing to a performance target, guarantee, or specific outcome, the conditions, requirements, measurement method, timeframe, and exclusions applicable to that commitment will be determined separately.
No performance commitment should be interpreted as an unconditional guarantee of revenue, profit, sales, leads, followers, or return on investment unless expressly stated in the applicable written agreement.
10. Intellectual property and ownership
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client owns the final project deliverables that have been fully paid for. This may include completed designs, websites, branding materials, creative assets, and other agreed final deliverables.
Third-party materials — including stock images, fonts, plugins, software, AI tools, templates, libraries, APIs, and other licensed resources — may remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
The Royals does not transfer ownership of third-party intellectual property beyond the rights permitted by the applicable license.
11. Portfolio and marketing use
Unless the client has specifically agreed to confidentiality or instructed otherwise in writing, The Royals may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, case studies, and marketing materials.
We will make reasonable efforts to remove, redact, or avoid displaying sensitive, confidential, personal, or commercially sensitive information.
12. AI-assisted work
The Royals may use artificial intelligence and AI-assisted tools in areas including content creation, design, development, research, automation, media production, marketing, and other services.
AI-generated material may be reviewed, edited, customized, or incorporated by our team as appropriate. Clients acknowledge that AI technologies may produce errors or outputs that require review.
13. Confidentiality
We will make reasonable efforts to keep confidential business and project information provided by clients private and will not intentionally disclose confidential information except where necessary to provide services, comply with law, use approved service providers, or protect legitimate business interests.
Separate confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements may be entered into where required.
14. Accounts, passwords and access
Clients generally maintain control over their own account credentials and passwords. Where access is required to perform services, clients may provide appropriate permissions without unnecessarily sharing passwords.
The Royals will use reasonable care when handling account access information.
15. Websites, domains and hosting
Where website development, domain registration, hosting, maintenance, or related services are provided by The Royals, the specific responsibilities and ownership arrangements will be stated in the applicable proposal or agreement.
16. Third-party services
The Royals may rely on third-party services and technologies to provide certain services.
Changes, outages, restrictions, price increases, suspensions, security incidents, or failures of third-party providers may affect service delivery and are generally outside The Royals’ direct control.
17. Refunds and cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Where a specific written agreement provides different refund terms, those terms may apply to the relevant project.
18. Termination
Either party may terminate a service relationship subject to the applicable agreement and refund or cancellation terms.
The Royals may suspend or terminate services where there is non-payment, serious misconduct, unlawful activity, repeated non-cooperation, abuse of staff, or other circumstances making continued service impractical or inappropriate.
19. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Royals will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of our website, services, third-party platforms, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
20. Changes to services
We may modify, improve, discontinue, or introduce services, website features, technologies, or service processes from time to time.
21. Governing law
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory legal rights applicable to the client.
